Are you a manufacturer?

Yes. We can produce most of 1, 3, 5 and 8 series products independently, while 2, 6 and 7 series products that need heat treatment temper are done by our partner factories.

In addition we have our own rolling mill, coating line and high frequency welded aluminum tube production line.

Where is the location of your factory?

Our cast and cold rolled, coated and high frequency welded aluminum tube production lines are all located in Chongqing.

Can I come to visit the factory?

Of course, we would be happy to receive you in the beautiful mountain city of Chongqing, China.

What is your annual sales volume?

Our annual sales are about $8 million, of which 70% is overseas business and 30% is local business.

Can you provide free samples?

Yes, of course, but samples are usually taken based on our online orders in production. Sometimes we may not have the exact sample that you require.

How do you ensure product quality?

Sales Services &Trade Terms

What's your Payment terms?

The conventional payment methods we can accept are TT and L/C.
The TT Payment terms: 30% advance payment, and the balance payment should be paid before shipment.
Letter of Credit: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

Of course, we can offer more flexible payment terms for customers with recurring orders.

What is the delivery time?

For a conventional product in a 20' GP container, it usually takes 15-25 days.

What is the MOQ of this product?

Conventional aluminum sheet is usually 2-3 ton per size, and conventional aluminum coil products are usually 3 ton per size.

Special alloy products can accept MOQ: 200kg .

What is the procedure before & after we close the deal? What services are you offering？

Before the transaction, you will usually be asked to provide a technical specification of the material you need, and we will issue a technical agreement based on your request. We will perform the production exactly according to the standards of the technical agreement signed by both parties.

For regular products without a special technical agreement, we will strictly follow the national standard or the standard of your location.

After the materials are delivered to your company, we will continue to follow up on the feedback of the material on your production line and resolve any questions you may have on the use of the material to ensure that the products we provide are perfectly matched to your production needs.

· We will provide you with advice on which materials to use.

· We will provide guidance on operations and solutions to different problems that arise at different stages of your production process.

· We are equipped to advise you on materials that will control your total cost of ownership while ensuring the quality of your final product.

· Our technical staff can be your advisor in material selection.

· We will keep you informed about the latest developments in aluminum materials and the latest market news.

How do you handle a customer complaint?

First and foremost, we will respond to any complaints you may have in the most positive manner possible.
