Aluminum Jacket for Insulation
Industrial production and petrochemical industries make extensive use of pipes, tanks and vessels.
In order to maximize energy savings and strictly control operational risks, metal jackets are usually used as mechanical insulation systems.

Most of the use scenarios due to water intrusion into the insulation system caused by electrochemical and pitting / crevice corrosion damage metal jacketing, metal jacketing + moisture barrier becomes an excellent solution to prevent such corrosion.
Aluminum insulation jacketing is currently one of the best solutions for targeted corrosion of insulation systems, and the ease of painting and polymer composites, such as PolySurlyn on aluminum surfaces makes it the first choice in the insulation industry.

Installation
The corrugations are designed to nest or match so that the overlap of a sheet placed vertically above another sheet will fit tight, lie flat, and keep the two deep corrugated sheets parallel.
The overlapping shall be fixed with rivet and sealed, meanwhile, fastened with band and clip if for industrial pipe and tank or some like that.
