MONOBRAZE Fin
A New type Non-Clad fin,which can be instead of Clad-Fin.

- MONOBRAZE fin can reduce filler material and processing costs;
- MONOBRAZE fin can provide a metal bonding as conventional clad fin;
- MONOBRAZE fin can bring benefits of applying the same forming & brazing equipments as conventional clad fin;
- MONOBRAZE fin has better post-brazed mechanial properties & corrosion resistance than clad fin

Post-brazed TS of DYG’s MONOBRAZE fin is higher than that of conventional clad fin (140MPa), 0.07t MONOBRAZE fin can replace 0.08t clad fin.

Remark: heating condition 600 ℃ × 3min
High temp. sag amount of DYG's MONOBRAZE fin is lower than that of conventional clad fin of the same thickness (15-20mm),therefore shrinkage of core after brazing is small.
